If you’re looking for handmade and recycled Eco-Friendly Handbags or other accessories then the Ecoist is the first place to visit. They focus entirely on creating stylish green products.
Ecoist has recently collaborated with Nazly Villamizar an accomplished designer by her own right. In her collection she uses only natural materials.
All of the materials used in the Ecoist collection are 100% Columbian, which are produced using ancient techniques, making the resulting material limited. For her Ecoist designs organically grown jute as well as Tagua seed, also known as vegetable ivory were used.
The collection has three different lines Trenza , Eyes and Cubik. I especially adore the Eyes handbag line which has four holes for your fingers to hold it with. It looks incredibly chic and comes in mustard, green or black color. Once again another great collaboration to help save the environment.
