From a fashion designer to a furniture designer Pharrell does it all besides being a hiphop artist. Now collaborating with the french designers Domeau & Pérès he presents you “Perspective.” This chair with four legs literally, is a representation of the love between a woman and man. If you look closely or is it just my imagination it looks a little x-rated “doggy style”, like the woman is getting it from behind. Well, I guess that’s just my “Perspective” if you know what I mean. It will be available in a few colors and only 4 of each will be sold. For more information check out the Billionaire Boys Club. (via We heart stuff)
Combine the visage of Francoise Hardy, Serge (Gainsbourg) & Jane (Birkin) or even Hemingway and pair them up with tank tops or t-shirts et volia Solid Gold Rags. I love the rough, used look of the material gives it that extra vintage touch. Cover yourself with solid gold. (via urbanoutfitters)

Tonight at the Highline Ballroom, New York, the wonderful, beautiful songstress Alice Smith.
Alice smith has already won critical acclaim for her debut album “For Lovers, Dreamers & Me”, been nominated by Rolling Stone magazine as one of the 10 Artists to Watch in 2006 and received a Grammy award nomination 2007 under the Best Urban/Alternative category. Her talent has been compared to the likes of Norah Jones or Alicia Keys but I think she is really unique. Glad to see her finally get some more recognition. Her combination of soul funk and R&B with that southern drawl is really one of those albums that will stick with you and break up the mainstream.
Listen to her here at Alice’s myspace of visit her website.

Rob Ryan, an artistic genius from London, creates paper cuts and screen prints has stories to tell, too. I’m amazed at the wonders done with a knife as seen here on the skirt design created exclusively for Clothkits. The kit contains this a one of a kind, hand silkscreen printed, fabric design, thread, zip and instructions for cutting and sewing. Or just hang it up in your apartment.
I can only imagine, how many hours were spent cutting away at these shown here. If you would like to purchase other creations from Rob you can go to the etsy shop and check them out. (via angry chicken)
