A perfect symbiosis between nature and industrial design. If you love being in the outdoors, camping or just sitting by the campfire. You’ve been longing to have that campfire feeling for your home but without smelling like a burnt cinder. Now it is all made possible by Ponton from Frankfurt Germany. This company understands it well how to bring nature and design concept together.
The fire is created though burning bio-alcohol which provides you with nearly 1,5 - 2,5 hours of a lovely flame. It can be set up indoors as well as outdoors. Fire proof glass and stainless steel make it a great piece to look at in any home. A little steep for my pocket but for those yuppies out there this might be just what you are missing.

If you’re looking for handmade and recycled Eco-Friendly Handbags or other accessories then the Ecoist is the first place to visit. They focus entirely on creating stylish green products.
Ecoist has recently collaborated with Nazly Villamizar an accomplished designer by her own right. In her collection she uses only natural materials.
All of the materials used in the Ecoist collection are 100% Columbian, which are produced using ancient techniques, making the resulting material limited. For her Ecoist designs organically grown jute as well as Tagua seed, also known as vegetable ivory were used.
The collection has three different lines Trenza , Eyes and Cubik. I especially adore the Eyes handbag line which has four holes for your fingers to hold it with. It looks incredibly chic and comes in mustard, green or black color. Once again another great collaboration to help save the environment.
I wish there would be more like Ecoist and designers, who focus on using environmentally safe materials.(photo by ecoist)

Now collaborating with the french designers Domeau & Pérès he presents you “Perspective.” This chair with four legs literally, is a representation of the love between a woman and man. It will be available in a few colors and only 4 of each will be sold. For more information check out the Billionaire Boys Club. (via We heart stuff)
